I have tryouts tomorrow, as well.
I'm nervous.

Well. I have percussion practice again today.
I guess i'm trying out for snare. Maybe i'll make it.


I'm also trying to get my license this week. Maybe tomorrow.
I hope I get it.

It's FINALLY Friday. This has been one of the longest weeks ever.

I have percussion practice today. I really don't want to stay, but I have to if I want to tryout. And i have to tryout if I want to be in band.
I guess I should probably show up.

So we had our concert last night.
The band directors had agreed on 2 songs per band. Too bad one of them didn't follow that agreement and ended up playing 4 very long songs. And plus there were awards for 8th, 9th, and 12th grades. We had to skip our jazz band part of the concert, and we still didn't finish until 10:00. That was the longest concert in the history of Coffee County concerts. Mr. Myers said he won't be doing that again. Which everyone agrees with.
I'm so excited for marching season. I love it so much more than concert season.
Tryouts are coming up soon. I'm positive i'll make it, so I wish the tryouts were tomorrow instead of like three more practices. If these kids will go home and practice, they would be able to do the tryouts tomorrow. We also have to march during our tryouts this year, also. That should be interesting.

I would tell the restaurants to lower their prices. Or even raise their portion sizes.
Another piece of advice would be to consider their location.

My weekend was pretty boring. I didn't do anything.
Um.. I just hung out around the house on Friday.
On Saturday, I went to the bowling alley and then went to spend the night at my grandma's with my cousin. Where we swam until like 10 that night. Then we stayed up talking.
Sunday, we went swimming again and then went home.

No beach or game-day.
